'mikey' is a familiar nickname my parents gave me whenever i did well at school - which was rare.. so rare that i realised cooking was truly what i was meant to do. as i type out this web design page and try to not sound too p.r.,  i feel the irresistible itch to get back in the kitchen and work.

but alas, thats not what managing a business is, innit? thats what happens when the chef manages the webpage - he types out absolute nonsense that his marketing team would go nuts about. ha-ha.

i aspire to have a familiar restaurant where you get great value, quality ingredients & cooking, comfort in surrounding, without damaging your wallet. because hey - what am i? .. shopping for my next yacht?
